The Role

We are looking for a highly capable and self-driven Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to manage and modernize our internal IT environment.

This role goes beyond traditional IT administration - building AI agents and automations for internal business processes is a key part of this role, alongside strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, managing endpoint security, and driving operational efficiency through automation.

As a Senior IT Admin,



you're expected to understand our systems end-to-end — not just operate them — and to move quickly when current tools, platforms, or approaches need to be picked up.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build AI agents using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT and automations to streamline internal business processes
- Build API based integrations between internal business applications.
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Share

Point Online, and Exchange Online
- Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance, and security policies
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance enforcement
- Own endpoint security end-to-end — Microsoft Defender policies, threat response, and compliance posture across the device fleet
- Oversee provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based corporate laptops
- Handle software and hardware provisioning requests and troubleshoot IT issues end-to-end
- Build and maintain operational automations using Python (required) and other scripting tools
- Develop scripts and API integrations to automate repetitive IT processes and reporting workflows
- Administer Zoho applications (prior experience preferred; willingness to learn required)
- Evaluate, implement,



and manage AI tools and automation solutions for internal company use
- Assist with reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance insights
- Maintain documentation, IT asset tracking, and operational best practices

Must Have

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Systems / Infrastructure Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Windows endpoint management
- Proven experience managing a fleet of Windows-based work laptops, with a strong grip on systems and endpoint security
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation (mandatory), with working knowledge of other scripting/programming languages
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Self-sufficient, inquisitive, and quick to learn new tools and technologies — adaptability is essential given how fast our stack evolves
- Excellent ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience building automations or AI agents for business process automation
- Background or prior experience in software development
- Exposure to Moveworks, Service
