The role will focus on successfully migrating functions and processes from an existing supplier into the new organization while ensuring operational readiness, quality, service levels, and business continuity.

What You'll Do:

- Global Service Transition Management: Lead and manage global service transitions from kick-off through go-live and into steady state, ensuring transitions are delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and service levels. Develop end-to-end transition plans, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure operational readiness, documentation, knowledge transfer, and acceptance requirements are completed.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide effective leadership to transition teams, project coordinators, managers, technicians, and suppliers. Work closely with clients, internal teams, third-party vendors, procurement, operational teams,



and regional business leaders to maintain effective communication, resolve issues, and continuously drive transition progress across global teams and time zones.
- Service Excellence & Business Growth: Drive continuous improvement of ITIL processes, service delivery methods, and technologies while identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and grow revenue. Monitor business metrics, service levels, costs, and P&L; performance, proactively address performance issues, analyze global trends, and champion service delivery excellence across assigned areas.

What You Need:

- Education & IT Services Experience: Degree-level education, preferably with a technical orientation and/or business-related qualification, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an IT services environment, including exposure to telecommunications hardware, products, and services.
- Project & Transition Management: Strong project management skills with practical knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. Proven experience establishing and managing global IT project or transition teams within multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
- Technical & ITIL Knowledge: Good understanding of IT services and networking infrastructure, service transition processes, ITIL practices,



and program management, with awareness of commercial and financial considerations within service delivery.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, motivate teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and diplomatically resolve issues.
- Skilled Attributes: A proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and willing to support global teams across different time zones, including occasional evenings and weekends, with willingness to undertake occasional international travel when required.
