Profile: Sr. Architect

Experience:

- 7-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction processes.

Roles:

1. Architectural Design & Planning

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically solid, and aligned with project requirements.
- Translate client requirements into practical architectural solutions.

2. AutoCAD & Design Documentation
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and constructability.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
- Maintain updated drawing sets and project documentation.

3. Project Execution & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.




- Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and quality requirements.

4. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
- Present design concepts, drawings, and project updates to clients.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions.

5. Team Handling & Project Management
- Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members.
- Allocate design tasks and monitor deliverables.
- Review team output for quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize work according to deadlines.

6. Design Development & Quality Control
- Develop projects from concept stage through working drawings and execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Identify design issues proactively and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
