Description

Responsibilities for External Candidates

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Build responsive front-end solutions using JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React, or Blazor.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Work with SQL Server, REST APIs, and microservices-based applications.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient software delivery.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Explore and adopt relevant AI technologies to enhance engineering processes and product capabilities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs while ensuring security, privacy, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on software development experience.
