Job Title: COLLECTION EXECUTIVE Level: E0 – M2
Division: COMMERCIAL BANKING GROUP Function :SHBT
Reporting Relationship: LOCATION RECOVERY MANAGER (LRM)
Average No. of Direct Reportees : 0 – 2

- To Ensure Quality portfolio.
- To focus on improving Recovery in the area assigned – individually or in a team / as a team.
- To ensure adherence MOPP Norms.
- To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
- To adhere to Audit requirement.

- Should have the ability to convince the customer to pay on our terms and conditions

- Graduate & above
