- 7-8 yrs. of overall experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Adobe Target implementations.
- Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc.
- Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs.
- Exposure to any SPA framework Angular, ReactJS etc.
- Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events.
- Solid experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
- Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile.
- Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers
- Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.
- Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech,



etc.)
- Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
