Your role

We're looking for Automation QA Engineer / Senior Automation QA Engineer

- We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Python, and Playwright with hands-on Modbus experience to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in web application testing, automation scripting, API testing, CI/CD integration, and quality assurance best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Python, Playwright.
- Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Develop reusable automation components and libraries for scalable test automation.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright API capabilities.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.




- Analyse test execution results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and reporting are maintained across releases.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Test Automation Framework development.
- Expertise in Playwright Automation.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with legacy automation scripts written in VBScript.
- Hands-on Modbus experience
- Hands-on experience with TestComplete.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of BDD tools such as Cucumber/SpecFlow.
- Experience with Docker and containerized test execution.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Automation Testing, Playwright, Microsoft Technologies, or ISTQB are preferred.
