Job Summary

Kosaraju Realty is looking for a reliable and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day management of the household. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational and multitasking skills, along with excellent communication abilities and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all domestic staff, including schedules, attendance, leave, performance, and daily task allocation.

- Coordinate home repairs, maintenance, and servicing, including identifying requirements, contacting vendors, scheduling visits, and supervising work.

- Manage family appointments and bookings, including restaurants, hotels, salons, doctors, transportation, and other personal requirements.

- Maintain and coordinate with a reliable network of household vendors for quotations, negotiations, payments, and follow-ups.

- Monitor and replenish groceries, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other household essentials.

- Track household bills, maintenance charges,



service invoices, and recurring payments.

- Coordinate household arrangements for guests, dinners, family gatherings, and events.

- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding the family and household.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in household management, hospitality, administration, or a similar role.

- Fluent in English and Telugu.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

- Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Excel, and basic computer applications.

- Strong vendor coordination and household administration skills.

- Must be trustworthy, reliable, discreet, and highly confidential.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience as a House Manager, Household Manager, Estate Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, or Senior Personal Assistant may be considered.

- Should be comfortable coordinating with domestic staff, vendors, service providers, and family members.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle responsibilities independently.
