Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).- Strong knowledge of application architecture principles and best practices within custom software development.- Experience in designing scalable and secure solutions that meet business and technical requirements.- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions to improve performance and reliability.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems effectively.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable architectural solutions.
