Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Recruitment & Talent Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, database & referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
• Evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, salary & notice period
• Coordinate interviews and client feedback
• Share shortlisted profiles with clients
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS
• Manage salary discussions, offers and joining follow-ups




• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment & pipeline reports
• Build strong candidate talent pipelines

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidate convincing and negotiation skills
• LinkedIn sourcing & internet research
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
• ATS knowledge preferred
• Strong follow-up and time management
• Attention to detail

Graduate in any discipline | MBA HR preferred
