- Handle inbound international calls from US customers.

- Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.

- Follow standard customer service and process guidelines.

- Maintain high-quality communication during calls.

- Accurately document customer interactions.

- Meet required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters

Requirements

Graduate – Any Stream
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply




• Excellent English Communication required
• SVAR/Communication Assessment will be conducted
• Typing Speed: 30 WPM | 90% Accuracy
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Two rotational split weekly offs
• Should NOT be enrolled in any full-time course

Not Eligible: B.Ed., MBA, BA LLB, B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. candidates
