About the job

I am building a new AI Centre of Excellence in central Bangalore.

The objective is simple but ambitious: build and deliver bespoke AI-powered solutions for businesses, starting with functional PoCs and gradually moving up the value chain toward managed, outcome-based services in partnership with specialist infrastructure and delivery teams.

This is not a role that requires you to already know coding.But it is a role where you will learn to build.
You will be trained to use AI tools, product thinking, automation platforms, workflows, prompts, data, and modern development environments to create working solutions for real business problems.

There will be no classroom training.

Hardware, systems, AI servers, LLM tokens, AI coding licenses are included.

Why this internship?
Because the next generation of AI product builders will not be defined only by traditional technical training. They will need:

About the Program
This is a 6-month full time training program based out of a 15-seat workspace in central Bangalore.The training is free of cost.There are:

- No fees

- No bonds

- No certificate deposits

- No penalties

- No hidden commitments





At no point will money be paid or accepted.

During the training period, both sides are free to part ways at any point if the fit is not right. No certificates or experience letters will be provided if we part ways.

At the end of the training, selected candidates can (no guarantee) transition into a fully paid salaried role as part of the AI CoE. We will provide free placement assistance.

What You Will Learn
You will be trained to work at the intersection of business, AI, and product creation, including:

- Understanding business problems and converting them into AI use cases

- Using AI tools to research, design, prototype, test, and improve solutions

- Creating functional PoCs, demos, workflows, and automation

- Writing product briefs, prompts, user journeys, and solution logic

- Learning how modern software products are structured and delivered

- Building confidence with no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted development tools

- Thinking in terms of outcomes, not just features
