Labour Management Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Labour Management Executive who can efficiently manage and coordinate the workforce at the site. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in labour handling, attendance management, workforce coordination, and resolving day-to-day labour-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily labour/workforce activities

- Handle labour attendance, allocation, and shift management

- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per work requirements

- Coordinate with labour contractors and workers

- Monitor worker performance, discipline, and productivity

- Resolve day-to-day labour-related issues and grievances

- Maintain labour records, attendance sheets, and related documentation





- Coordinate with supervisors and management regarding manpower requirements

- Ensure proper deployment of workers at different work areas

- Support smooth day-to-day workforce operations

Requirements
- 2–3 years of strong experience in Labour Management

- Hands-on experience in handling and coordinating a large workforce

- Good knowledge of labour attendance and manpower management

- Experience in dealing with labour contractors/workers

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Ability to handle labour-related issues effectively

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Male candidates preferred

- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
