Plant & Dispatch Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant & Dispatch Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations, production coordination, manpower, inventory, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing plant operations and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations

- Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth plant functioning

- Plan and monitor daily dispatch and delivery schedules

- Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and transport teams

- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of products as per customer requirements

- Manage plant manpower, shifts, and daily workforce allocation

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material movement

- Maintain proper records of production, dispatch, stock, and vehicles

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners

- Ensure proper handling, storage,



and movement of products

- Monitor plant equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns

- Ensure compliance with plant safety and operational procedures

- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution

- Prepare regular plant and dispatch reports for management

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in plant operations, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing

- Hands-on experience in plant and dispatch management

- Experience managing workers/manpower and coordinating with multiple teams

- Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory, and transportation coordination

- Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, industrial gas, or similar plant setting preferred

- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Male candidates preferred
