Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer – Vibration to support project execution, vibration measurement, testing, analysis, documentation, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for conducting vibration-related activities at project sites as well as preparing technical reports and maintaining project documentation at the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct vibration measurement and monitoring at customer/project sites.
- Perform vibration testing and collect accurate measurement data using appropriate instruments.
- Analyze vibration data and identify abnormal vibration levels or conditions.
- Prepare vibration measurement and analysis reports as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper records of vibration readings, test results, observations, and site activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams, technicians, and internal departments for project execution.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure project work is completed as per required quality, safety, and schedule standards.
- Visit customer sites regularly for inspection, testing, measurement, and project-related activities.
- Support the senior/project team in technical analysis and resolution of site-related issues.
- Maintain project drawings, checklists, test reports, and other technical documents.




- Follow company safety procedures and maintain skilled conduct at customer sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in project execution, vibration testing/monitoring, maintenance, instrumentation, or a related technical field.

- Basic understanding of vibration measurement, vibration analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to operate or learn vibration measuring/testing instruments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and report preparation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with vibration analysers, sensors, and vibration monitoring equipment.
- Understanding of vibration parameters such as Acceleration, Velocity, Displacement, and FFT spectrum.
- Basic knowledge of balancing, alignment, bearing condition, and machine fault diagnosis.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management, site coordination, and project documentation.

Ongoing Project Responsibilities

- Handle and support ongoing vibration-related projects.
- Visit project/customer sites for vibration measurement, testing, and inspection.
- Collect and analyze vibration data as per project requirements.
- Prepare vibration measurement and analysis reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams, and internal departments.
- Maintain project records, test results, and site reports.
