Job Description

The responsibilities would include:
• In office delivery and training : Body Repair tech, SA & SM of Body Shop
• Process Review & Action planning with dealership
• Body Trainer (CRS (Crash Repair System), Welding, Bonding, PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) etc.
• Repair Process Implementation; Organize body repair OJTs/Certification
• Manpower tracking at dealership (Monthly)

• Skill Matrix Assessment & Training need identification
• Recruitment Assessment
• New Dealer Manpower Training
• Regional Meeting for gap areas & action planning
• Manpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement (skill
contests etc.)
