Sales Executive – Footwear Industry

About the Role

We are looking for Sales Executives with experience in the footwear industry to drive sales and expand our dealer and retailer network across the assigned market.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local footwear market, good relationships with dealers/retailers, and a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with footwear dealers, distributors, and retailers

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong market coverage

- Understand local market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities

- Generate leads and convert them into business





- Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager

- Build strong long-term relationships with channel partners

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline

- 1–2 years of sales experience in the footwear industry

- Strong knowledge of the Kolkata or Mumbai footwear market, depending on the location

- Existing exposure to footwear dealers, distributors, or retailers will be preferred

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Willingness to travel within the assigned market
