Collaborate with frontline (Sales and Coverage) teams to improve clients' treasury and working capital processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness. Support pre-sales engagements by enabling frontline team's strategic client conversations whilst positioning and socialising HSBC solutions early in the client journey. Build scalable TSG capabilities by developing data-driven benchmarking and diagnostic tools including treasury review frameworks, problem-definition and gap-assessment methodologies, recommendation playbooks, and best-practice artefacts informed by client work and internal expertise. Established treasury expert, with at least 12 years industry experience in Corporate Treasury and /or Treasury consultancy in treasury transformation and centralisation projects across FX, liquidity, working capital and risk management, or deploying treasury management systems; all in a multi entity Corporate environment.
Practical end-to-end experience of applying data-driven methodologies to measure, benchmark and improve performance across operating liquidity & funding, working capital, FX and investment management activities in a multi legal entity and multi-jurisdictional corporate workplace. Experience working with / in a corporate integrating payments into digital sales channels would be ideal Excellent written and spoken communication skills; to communicate with impact, on topics and themes which are top of mind of stakeholders (internal and external) ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audience. Strong and effective stakeholder management skills, ability to build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust with clients and stakeholders.
