Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support implementation and enhancement of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Configure Employee Central components, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and global assignments.
- Design and develop integrations using OData and SuccessFactors APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate HR requirements into system configurations.
- Design and support data models, picklists, and HR business processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Support integration development and troubleshooting.
- Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Required Skills

- 7–9years of overall IT experience with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.




- Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central configuration and implementation.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Framework, and RBP.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs and Compound Employee API.
- Experience in integration development and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration Suite, middleware tools, and API-based integrations.
- Strong experience with Data Migration tools, including Migration Center and import/export.
- Understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and a hybrid work model.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Management / Benefits modules.
- Basic understanding of People Analytics / Reporting.
