Shifts: 24x7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)

Experience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in L1/L2 Support)

Required Skills

Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, One Drive, Active Directory, Application Support, Service Now Ticketing Tool. Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English) Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate).
