Role Description The Video Editor role at Viacon is a full time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to plan, edit, and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, enhancing audio and visuals, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and branded elements. The role also involves optimizing video formats for different platforms, maintaining consistent brand guidelines, and meeting project deadlines within a fast-paced,



creative environment.

The Video

Editor is expected to participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas for visual storytelling, and continuously refine deliverables based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills for creating polished, engaging content.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure visual consistency and high-quality imagery.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience creating digital content for marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are important.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
