Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kochi.

The Video

Editor will work closely with creative, marketing, and media teams to edit and produce video content for digital campaigns, brand assets, and creator-focused projects. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, assembling rough cuts, refining edits, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring consistent visual storytelling across formats. The role also involves collaborating on motion graphics, applying color grading to maintain brand look and feel,



and optimizing video outputs for various platforms and aspect ratios.

The Video

Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, follow brand guidelines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance video quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Video Editing and Video Production skills, including experience working with raw footage, editing timelines, and exporting for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills and the ability to maintain consistent visual tone and style across different video projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills, with proficiency in creating titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and graphic elements for video content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of social media and digital content formats are beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, animation, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
