About the role

You will lead our Risk Management business end-to-end: the quality of what we deliver, the health of our client relationships, the growth of the pipeline, and the profitability of the function.

What you will do

Delivery

- Deliver risk assessments, audits, executive protection coordination, and embedded risk management services to the highest industry standards.
- Work with project managers so client expectations are met and milestones land on time.

Clients and growth

- Own client servicing and relationship management across all risk management services.
- Drive business development through consistent market and client outreach.
- Contribute towards achieving revenue for the Risk Management function.
- Work with clients and partners to strengthen knowledge transfer and improve the quality of what we deliver.

Team

- Build, lead, and align the team.
- Run regular training on current security trends, technology, and best practice.

Profile and visibility

- Work with marketing to publish thought leadership on behalf of the organisation.
- Represent the company at industry forums and associations.





What you need

Essential

- A university degree, or equivalent standing earned through experience and skilled certification.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of risk management standards, executive protection, and crisis management.
- Working knowledge of security operations, standards, and technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce routine and ad hoc reports.
- The interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the ecosystem.

Desirable

- Professional certification such as CPP or PSP.
- Prior military or police service.
