Sugar.fit is a health-tech platform focused on Type 2 Diabetes management and metabolic health through personalized care and technology-enabled programs.

Role:

We are looking for a Nutritionist Trainer to train and coach Nutritionist/Health Coach teams handling Diabetes and GLP-1-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs.
- Create training content, SOPs, scripts, assessments and role-plays.
- Train teams on counselling, consultative selling and objection handling.
- Conduct mock calls, call audits and performance coaching.
- Identify skill gaps and drive improvement through targeted coaching.




- Track training impact through conversion, quality and productivity metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Medical teams.

Requirements:

- 4 - 10 years of experience in Nutritionist Training/Enablement.
- Strong counselling, communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness or health-tech preferred.
- Knowledge of Diabetes/GLP-1 is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree; Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
