nKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end application and service transition programs.

- Develop and execute transition strategies, plans, and governance frameworks.

- Manage transition timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.

- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure business readiness throughout the transition lifecycle.

- Plan and oversee knowledge transfer, operational readiness, stabilization, and hypercare activities.
n
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, and business teams to ensure successful transition execution.
n
- Support RFP/RFI responses by developing transition approaches, solution plans, effort estimates, and governance models.
n
- Monitor transition progress, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular executive status reporting.
n
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and quality processes.
