About the Company

We are a stealth, well-funded AI company building a system that generates and verifies mission-critical facility designs, including data centers directly on the Autodesk stack.

This is not a viewer or dashboard. Our system reads a standardized input package, generates a native Revit model against a versioned rule base, and verifies the result against Indian codes and client specifications before a human reviews the model.

You will join a small, highly focused design automation pod. Everything we ship is reviewed and validated by a human before release.

About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator — Design Automation who will own the quality, coordination, and usability of the generated Revit model and associated drawing deliverables.

You will work closely with engineers building extraction, geometry, and model-generation systems. Your responsibility is to ensure that the output is a real, coordinated, buildable Revit model and a drawing set that can pass a professional quality review.

Key Responsibilities

Revit Model & Automation

- Own the Revit generate-and-return workflow and validate automated model generation on live project models.
- Maintain and enforce Revit standards covering families, worksharing, shared parameters, naming conventions, and parameter schemas.
- Validate generated models against the project source of truth.
- Produce and maintain model comparison and validation reports.
- Identify model-quality issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them.

BIM Coordination & Federation

- Manage federated models and coordination workflows.
- Configure and maintain clash detection standards and coordination settings.
- Review clashes, model deviations, and rule violations.
- Prepare structured BCF issue packages covering clashes and rule deviations.
- Ensure models meet defined coordination and quality gates.





Drawing & Documentation

- Coordinate production of construction drawing sets.
- Review quantities, cable schedules, panel schedules, and other project deliverables.
- Ensure drawings follow client standards, title blocks, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
- Support preparation of priced Bills of Quantities in client-defined formats.
- Own the quality gate for Good-for-Construction drawing deliverables.

External Team Coordination

- Provide day-to-day direction to two BIM/content authors and two sheet-automation resources .
- Brief contractors on deliverables, standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Review submitted work against defined quality gates.
- Reject and provide actionable feedback on work that does not meet required standards.
- Track deliverables and ensure the team stays aligned with project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Revit experience , including families, worksharing, model coordination, and sheet production.
- Strong understanding of Revit model standards, parameters, families, and documentation workflows.
- Experience with Revit API and/or Dynamo . You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable automating repetitive BIM workflows.
- Ability to read, review, and produce professional construction drawing sets.
- Strong BIM coordination and clash-detection experience.
- Ability to independently review work and enforce quality standards.
- Comfortable working with incomplete, inconsistent, or messy project inputs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable managing external resources and holding them accountable to quality gates.

Good to Have

- Experience with Autodesk Platform Services (APS) , particularly Design Automation for Revit.
- Strong Electrical or IBMS BIM experience.
- Data center, mission-critical facility, or other complex MEP project experience.
- Experience owning or contributing to a BIM Execution Plan on a live project.
- Knowledge of NBC 2016, IS 16819, and/or TIA-942 .
- Experience with semantic model/rule-checking tools such as Solibri .
- Experience with Navisworks or equivalent clash-detection workflows.
- Knowledge of IFC schemas and openBIM workflows .

- You prefer a BIM Manager role focused primarily on meetings, trackers, and coordination administration.
- You are not comfortable reviewing and rejecting work that does not meet defined standards.
- You prefer working only with clean, structured project inputs.
- You are not interested in automation or AI-enabled BIM workflows.

This role is measured by the quality of artefacts that get signed off , not by the number of coordination meetings or trackers maintained.
