UX Design & Research Intern (2026 Graduates)

Location: Gurugram

Duration: 6 Months Only(Paid Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented UX Design & Research Intern to join our product team. This internship is ideal for students graduating in 2026 who are passionate about understanding user behavior, solving complex problems, and creating intuitive digital experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to conduct user research, analyze insights, and contribute to user-centered design solutions.

What You'll Do

UX Design

- Translate research findings into wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to interaction design, information architecture, and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and user insights.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

UX Research

- Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and contextual inquiries.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify user needs, pain points,



and opportunities.
- Create research summaries, personas, user journey maps, and insight reports.
- Support competitive analysis and industry research.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Maintain organized research and design documentation.
- Present findings and design recommendations to stakeholders.
- Help establish best practices for user-centered design and research.

What We're Looking For

Required

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Graduating in 2026.
- Understanding of UX design principles and user research methodologies.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
