Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor capsule manufacturing activities as per approved SOPs and GMP guidelines.

- Operate and supervise capsule filling, polishing, sorting, and related production equipment.

- Ensure adherence to production plans and achievement of daily manufacturing targets.

- Maintain batch manufacturing records and other production documentation accurately.

- Monitor in-process checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.





- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and Data Integrity requirements.

- Participate in investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP requirements

- Exposure to capsule manufacturing operations

- Documentation and batch record handling

- Positive communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of EHS and Data Integrity practices
