Designation US Staffing Recruiter/Senior Recruiter/Lead Recruiter (Individual Contributor Role, Leadership Hiring) - US Shift (5 Days Working)
Job Description

- Seasoned recruiter with sound industry knowledge of all or specific to one industry: IT/ Telecom/ Financial Services/ Health Care/Pharma/ Engineering.
- Analysing the Client Requirement; Sourcing candidates from database, job boards (CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn), screening, assessing and recommending them to the client.
- Exposure to Direct Hire/ Full Time and W2 Consultants preferably (primarily U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders) & Contract and dealt with all types of tax terms.
- Ability to comprehend job descriptions for different functional areas and articulate the same to candidates for jobs above 100 K USD annual salary.
- Ability to grow as a functional expert along with business and people management skills.
- Regular service meetings with the existing clients to understand and address their concerns and partner with them for their manpower needs.
- Flexible to work on different clients' requirements simultaneously.
- Manage engagement with the candidates and client through the entire process till the final placement at the client's organisation.
- Prepare job descriptions, incisive candidate reports and progress reports.




- Have zeal to learn and outperform while encashing every extra minute you spend at work.
- Meet the process, time and quality guidelines.
- Driving daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics (Time to Fill Ratio, TAT, Quality, Offer-Joinee ratio, etc.)
- Meeting and exceeding the monthly revenue targets through effective planning & efficient delivery.

Desired Profile

- 5+ years of recruitment experience managing mid-senior and leadership roles in a US staffing recruitment agency (mandatory).
- Ability to handle various recruiting scenarios in fast-paced, proactive recruitment environments and in a structured workplace.
- Must have positive analytical, problem-solving, decision-making & people management skills.
- Should have full knowledge of the US Recruiting process.
- Hands-on experience using an ATS.
