About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and marketing communication materials. Candidates with exposure to digital marketing creatives and basic data visualization/reporting concepts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding

- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop brochures, flyers, banners, catalogs, presentations, posters, and promotional materials.
- Ensurebrand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and business teamsto conceptualize campaign visuals and promotional content.

Digital Marketing Creative Support
- Design graphics for social media campaigns, email marketing,



and online advertisements.
- Create optimized creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Supportcontent and marketing teamswith visual storytelling and campaign execution.

Creative Asset Management
- Maintain design libraries, templates, and brand assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills

- The mandatory design tools for this role are Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge ofAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or video editing tools.
- Understanding of social media design guidelines and digital marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and data visualizationconcepts will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge ofSEO and digital marketing design requirements is desirable.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and creative development.
- Strong portfolioshowcasing branding, social media, and marketing design projects.
- Excellent creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
