· Open to considering relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No): Relocation typically would not be required. However non-local candidates can also apply if they make their own accommodation and transport arrangement – both will not be provided by the bank.

· Contract duration: 6 months

· Shift timings: 8-hour shift typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (end of day timings may vary depending on the workload and peak volume periods)

· Number of days work from office: All working days from office – no WFH option

Role Purpose

The Maker will support the day-to-day transaction-processing activities of the private banking business in India. The role requires timely and accurate execution of transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies, internal standards, established procedures, and applicable external regulatory requirements.





Key Responsibilities

· Process day-to-day private banking transactions accurately and within defined turnaround times.

· Enter transaction details and supporting records for completeness and consistency before processing.

· Execute assigned activities in accordance with the Bank’s policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and service standards.

· Comply fully with applicable legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the assigned processes.

· Escalate incomplete instructions, exceptions, discrepancies, or potential operational risks promptly to the appropriate reviewer or supervisor.

· Maintain clear and complete processing records and support audit, control, and reconciliation requirements.

· Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve routine processing queries and ensure timely completion of work.

· Manage assigned volumes effectively, including during peak workload periods, while maintaining quality and accuracy.

· Undertake training and additional operational tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

· Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.





· 0–3 years of experience in banking, accounting, taxation, or a service-oriented environment.

· Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn, take ownership, and excel are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies

· Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is desirable.

· High level of integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.

· Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to accuracy.

· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Work Arrangement and Shift

Work location: Office-based; attendance from the office is required on all working days. There is no work-from-home option.

Shift: Eight-hour shift, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Flexibility: End-of-day timings may vary depending on workload and peak-volume periods.

Relocation: Relocation is generally not required. Non-local candidates may apply, provided they arrange their own accommodation and transportation; these will not be provided by the Bank.
