Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists. Answer incoming calls and address basic customer inquiries. Pitch products/services and schedule follow-up appointments or meetings. Maintain clear logs of customer interactions and status updates in the system.
Requirements Positive verbal communication and active listening skills. basic computer skills (MS Office/Excel). Fluency in Hindi and English. Prior experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service is a plus (freshers welcome).
