We are looking for a Technical QA Architect to define, drive, and scale quality engineering strategies across the organization. This role demands deep expertise in test automation, quality strategy, DevOps integration, and up-to-date QA tools, with the ability to influence quality culture at scale.

Experience : 10 years in QA (3 years in QA Architect / Leadership role)

Key Responsibilities :

- Define & implement enterprise-wide QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Architect scalable test automation solutions across multiple products/platforms.
- Champion shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and DevTestOps adoption.
- Evaluate and recommend automation, performance, and security testing tools.
- Mentor QA engineers & developers on quality-first engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable and maintainable testing solutions.
- Monitor and improve quality metrics using data-driven insights.
- Govern test environments, test data management,



and release quality gates.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as a QA Architect or Senior QA Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in automation frameworks : Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium.
- CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- API testing (Postman, RestAssured), performance testing (JMeter, Gatling), basic security testing.
- Hands-on coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & microservices testing.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
