Hiring: Technical Project Manager / Customer-Facing Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong customer-facing delivery experience to manage enterprise application support and platform delivery from offshore, working closely with US-based customers and onsite teams.

Primary Skills Required

- Strong customer-facing delivery management experience
- Background in hands-on technical roles earlier in career — Developer, DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineer
- Experience managing application support, deployment, validation/testing, web hosting, automation, enhancements, releases, and service improvement initiatives using AI tools
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, cloud/hybrid hosting, and infrastructure dependencies
- Excellent communication, governance, escalation handling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing onsite-offshore distributed technical teams
- Hands-on experience with fullstack development, tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and executive reporting/presentations
- Exposure to customer governance, risk management, release coordination, incident reviews, RCA, and action tracking

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead onsite-offshore delivery across application support,



deployment, validation/testing, web hosting, automation, releases, and operational improvement areas
- Manage distributed technical teams with clear ownership, prioritization, accountability, and delivery discipline
- Serve as the primary offshore customer-facing manager for delivery coordination, governance updates, status reporting, and escalations
- Track milestones, SLAs, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and customer commitments
- Facilitate technical discussions and translate customer priorities into delivery plans, backlog items, release plans, and execution actions
- Coordinate incident reviews, RCA, remediation tracking, UAT coordination, production validation, and preventive actions
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, mitigation plans, and improvement actions clearly to customer and leadership stakeholders

Key Expectation We are specifically looking for someone who has grown from a hands-on technical background into project/delivery management.

This is not a pure operations or people manager role. The candidate must bring practical technical understanding, customer-facing maturity, and solid delivery ownership.

Experience: 12–15 years overall IT experience, including 8+ years in project delivery / technical delivery management / customer-facing delivery roles.
