We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of 4 or more years of relevant experience to effectively bridge the gap between business, client, and technology teams within a fast-paced healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.

Shift Timings- 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Mode- Work from Home The ideal candidate can independently own requirements, understand technical integrations, identify gaps and edge cases early, and drive BA activities from discovery through development, QA/UAT, and production launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements and discovery discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional/technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows.
- Own requirements throughout the SDLC and proactively identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and edge cases.
- Partner with developers and architects on APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, SFTP integrations, data mapping, session management, and system dependencies.
- Create clear process flows, data mappings, sequence diagrams, and integration documentation.
- Confidently participate in and lead client-facing requirements and functional discussions.




- Support development handoffs, QA/UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.
- Work closely with Project Managers while independently owning the BA workstream and proactively escalating risks/blockers.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving delivery environment.

What We're Looking For

- 4–6+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma, patient services, or digital health.
- Strong understanding of BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements traceability.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, SFTP, webhooks, data mapping, and system integrations.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, QA, and UAT.
- Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical digital solutions, including patient engagement programs and projects requiring privacy, legal, or regulatory review ( USA) is highly preferred.
- Solid client-facing communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take ownership and move work forward without requiring continuous direction.
