? Job Details

- Positions: Team Leader (TL) and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Process: Telugu Voice Process
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior Executive
- Shift: Day Shift
- Weekly Off: One day per week

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support a team of customer service executives.
- Monitor calls, attendance, productivity and performance.
- Provide process guidance and resolve team escalations.
- Conduct regular briefings, coaching and feedback sessions.
- Ensure the team achieves productivity and quality targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance.

? Required Skills

- Fluency in Telugu with good communication skills.
- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Good knowledge of voice-process operations.
- Ability to resolve customer and process-related escalations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Target-oriented approach with valuable problem-solving skills.
