Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – B2 B Motor Sales to lead a team of Relationship Managers and build strong business relationships with corporate clients, automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners.

The role involves team leadership, business development, partner engagement, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with insurance companies for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers Develop and maintain robust partner relationships Drive B2 B motor insurance business through dealers,



brokers and channel partners Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Conduct regular partner reviews and identify growth opportunities Support team training and performance improvement Coordinate with insurance companies and internal operations teams Drive customer/partner retention and business growth Track market trends and competitor activities Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline 3–5 years of experience in General Insurance Motor Sales or Motor Dealer Sales Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance and the automobile dealer ecosystem Experience managing a sales/relationship management team Strong B2 B sales, negotiation and relationship management skills Good understanding of the Mumbai motor dealer market and RTO dynamics Life Insurance experience is an added advantage, but Motor Insurance experience is mandatory What We Offer
