Role Description The Talent Management Intern will support the talent management team in day-to-day activities related to identifying, nurturing, and coordinating with performers and creative professionals. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes assisting with employee engagement initiatives, helping organize training and development programs, and supporting performance management processes. The intern will maintain talent databases, assist with succession planning activities, schedule meetings, and prepare reports or documentation as needed.





The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and talent, helping ensure smooth communication and consistent professional support.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders in the entertainment industry.

- Comfort with basic office tools and digital platforms; familiarity with HR or talent management concepts is an advantage.
