About the Role Pretorius Staffing Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various technologies while managing enterprise client requirements and ensuring timely delivery.

This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, client engagement, candidate relationship management, and fulfillment of niche technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT hiring requirements.
- Work closely with enterprise clients to understand hiring needs, priorities, and business expectations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies.
- Handle multiple client requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring status, and delivery performance.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ATS systems accurately.
