Enterprise / Systems Architect – Banking

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise / Systems Architect to drive target-state architecture and cloud modernization initiatives across complex banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive current-state, target-state and transition architectures aligned with business strategy.
- Develop architecture strategies, roadmaps, patterns, standards and non-functional requirements.
- Partner with domain architects and senior leadership to design modular, composable and cloud-native solutions.
- Drive application consolidation, rationalization, technology assessments and convergence strategies.
- Support data center migration / exit initiatives and dependency analysis.
- Ensure architecture solutions deliver resiliency, fault tolerance, scalability and performance.
- Provide architectural leadership through architecture councils, review boards and governance forums.
- Influence technology direction and evaluate emerging technologies across the enterprise.

Required Skills:





- 7+ years of experience in Architecture and 7+ years of Engineering experience.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in Enterprise, Solution or Application Architecture.
- Proven experience creating architecture strategies, designs and patterns.
- Experience architecting solutions using vendor products and in-house developed systems.
- Solid knowledge of GCP and/or Azure and cloud modernization.
- Experience with data center migration / exit strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and modern technology.

Preferred:

- 3+ years of experience with BIAN, BAG, TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML and/or BPMN.
- Experience with BizzDesign Horizzon.
- Banking / BFSI domain experience.
- Experience leading application consolidation and rationalization.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
