What You'll Do:

- Transition Coordination: Develop and manage transition plans, milestones, and schedules for IT services, applications, and infrastructure. Coordinate service onboarding and offboarding, migrations, application handovers, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth delivery into operational support.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers, vendors, and project teams while managing dependencies, risks, and issues through to resolution. Ensure transition activities remain aligned with agreed timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and ITIL best practices.
- Reporting & Service Readiness: Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness activities. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance updates while monitoring transition progress and proactively communicating any risks, issues, or potential impacts to stakeholders.

What You Need:

- IT & Service Management Knowledge:



Solid understanding of ITIL principles, IT service management, infrastructure, cloud environments, and operational support processes.
- Transition & Project Coordination: Experience coordinating IT service transitions, migrations, application handovers, service onboarding/offboarding, and project activities, with the ability to manage multiple milestones and deliverables simultaneously.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coordinate internal teams, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders across different functions.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proven ability to identify and manage transition risks, dependencies, and issues, track actions through resolution, and ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
- Organizational & Reporting Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, governance updates, transition documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
