Profile: General Insurance Sales Executive

- Generate new business for General Insurance products through calls, references, leads and market visits.
- Handle products such as Fire, Motor, Health, Marine, Engineering, Liability and other General Insurance policies.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations, explain policy coverage, terms and benefits to clients.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, proposals and policy issuance.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for documentation, policy issuance and endorsements.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and maintain proper sales reports.
- Build solid relationships with corporate and individual customers.
- Handle client queries and provide support throughout the policy cycle.
