Job Profile

We are looking for a technically skilled Electronics Service & Maintenance Engineer to handle machine installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance and customer support. The role involves field visits, requiring valuable practical knowledge of electrical, electronics and basic mechanical systems.

Roles:

- Install, service, maintain and repair electronic and electrical machines at customer locations.
- Visit customer sites for machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and service support.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic and basic mechanical faults in machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Handle AMC service visits and maintain proper service and maintenance records.
- Inspect and replace faulty components such as sensors, switches, relays, SMPS, power supplies, motors, LEDs, PCBs, connectors and wiring.
- Perform basic PCB inspection, testing and fault finding.
- Use multimeters, power supplies and other basic testing instruments for troubleshooting.
- Handle machine wiring, cable connections, connectors and electrical assemblies.
- Perform basic mechanical fitting, machine assembly, alignment and adjustment work.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors,



power supply circuits and control systems.
- Carry out basic machine configuration, software/firmware installation whenever required.
- Provide machine demonstrations and basic operating guidance to customers.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues professionally.
- Prepare service, installation and maintenance reports and update machine history.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex technical issues.
- Conduct testing and quality checks after repairs and servicing.
- Support machine assembly and final testing at the company workshop whenever required.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance and service activities.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrician, Fitter, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related technical field
