Skill Requirements

Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements. • Support development activities for ServiceNow modules such as: o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Service Catalog o Knowledge Management o CMDB • Create and update basic ServiceNow components, including: o Forms o Fields o Lists o Tables o UI Policies o Business Rules o Client Scripts o Script Includes o Notifications • Support the creation and maintenance of Service Catalog items, variables, and workflows. • Work on basic debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow issues. • Assist in testing ServiceNow enhancements, fixes, and configurations. • Document technical changes, configuration steps, and support activities. • Collaborate with functional teams, senior developers, administrators, and business users.



• Participate in daily support activities and help resolve basic platform-related tickets. • Follow ITIL best practices and internal development standards. • Learn and apply ServiceNow development guidelines, coding standards, and release processes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
