ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

nAs a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she will possess technical expertise in :

n

n
- SAN – HPE XP7/XP8, Primera, 3PAR
n
- NAS – Dell PowerScale (formerly ISILON)
n
- Brocade SAN Fabric
n
- Storage Replication technologies
n
- Storage failover/failback in Disaster Recovery operations
n
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Operating Systems and storage-related software & configuration parameters
n
- Basic working knowledge of High-Availability solution – Microsoft Cluster Service and Veritas InfoScale
n
- Scripting / automation experience
n
- Work with tools such as CyberArk (privileged access management), OMI suite (events/alerts management)
n

nQualifications/Education Required:

n

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
n

nExperience Required:

n

n
- 8 - 12 years of relevant hands-on work experiences
n




- Solution-focused with excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a adaptable and constantly changing environment
n
- Effective teamwork and collaboration
n
- Good oral and written communication skills in English

nAs a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she is able to work in shift / weekend / Oncall support.

n

- Shift timing, split in 4 different shifts, begins from Monday 04:30 IST and ends on Saturday approx. 00:30 IST.
n
- Oncall Support : To provide Oncall support services on rotational basis during operational off hours.
n
- Weekend Support : Mandatory to work on every 3rd Saturday of every month
n
- Public Holiday Support : Paris (Client) Holidays will be followed as public holidays
