What We’re Looking For

- 4–10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Solid IT sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn,



and other job boards
- Expertise in LinkedIn X-Ray Search and social media sourcing
- Experience with ATS platforms; Ceipal is a plus
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
- Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT EAD, GC EAD, TN, Canadian, and H4 EAD candidates
- Ability to work effectively with Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers
