Job Title: Sales Engineer – Control Panels

Job Summary:

Drive sales growth by identifying recent business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for control panels across industries (Real Estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, Power, etc.).
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with the design/estimation team.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery.
- Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2–5 years in sales of electrical products, preferably Control Panels / Switchgear / Automation Solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Distribution Boards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
