nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Executive to Asst. Manager – International Sales to manage and grow our European market and African market within the FMCG sector.

nThe role involves customer management, sales generation, lead handling, exhibitions, market research, competitor analysis, social media coordination, and ensuring smooth order execution.

nKey Responsibilities

nManage and expand European and African markets.

nHandle customer queries, generate leads, and prepare quotations.

nEnsure prompt customer communication and satisfaction.

nCoordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely order execution.

nManage exhibitions, including travel, accommodation, visa applications, documentation, and lead tracking.

nCoordinate exhibition displays, promotional materials, and packaging requirements.

nTrack and follow up on exhibition-generated leads.





nManage social media content and performance tracking.

nPrepare monthly and annual sales plans and maintain accurate sales reports.

nConduct competitor and market research across European and African markets.

nPrepare reports on competitor activities and regional market opportunities.

nConduct regular client meetings, understand requirements, provide solutions, and manage expectations.

nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

nEnsure order closing, documentation, and agreement on commercial terms.

nWhat We're Looking For

nStrong experience in International & Domestic Sales

nExposure to the European market & African markets preferred

nExcellent communication and client-management skills

nStrong coordination and negotiation abilities

nAbility to independently manage social media platforms and sales-related content

nGood analytical and reporting skills

nProfessional approach with robust ownership and accountability
