- This role is a part of our Global People Team within the People Division. As a HR Specialist you will collaborate with peers, People Business Partners, and our Centers of Excellence (COE’s) across the People Team to propel the organization forward.

- Master’s degree (MBA/ PGDM in HR or equivalent) or professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD

COMPETENCIES:

- Partner with leaders to understand the organizational needs and provide HR support aligned with business objectives
- Build trusted relationships across teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where team members feel heard and valued
- Serve as trusted advisor on team member relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution
- Provide guidance to leaders on performance management, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Assist with daily operational requests from the business unit you are supporting, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of tactical issues
- Support the proactive use of data and metrics to inform improvements to policy, process, and training to educate team members
- Champion initiatives that enhance team member experience, engagement and retention
- Conduct regular team member connect sessions to get a pulse check foster engagement and gather feedback
- Assist in administration of compensation and benefit programs
- Work closely with the People Business Partner and COE’s on strategic imperatives: talent strategy, learning and development, DEI, ways to optimize performance and build a culture of engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering preferably multinational organizations,



including fast- growing or scaling businesses or familiarity working at a capability center
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across time zones and global teams
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience partnering with global or geographically dispersed teams
- Experience in improving and standardizing HR processes while maintaining appropriate local flexibility
- Experience in providing guidance and counsel to leaders
- Strong business acumen and curiosity
- Experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and critical thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to engage team members and leaders at all levels and respond effectively to inquiries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a strong focus on confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, with the ability to adjust quickly while aligned with global goals
- Strong initiative and high judgment abilities / skills
