Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant / Business Analyst with strong experience in B2C environments and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading end-to-end discovery, working directly with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, evaluating solution options, and producing clear functional documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end discovery activities for B2C initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and user stories.
- Assess business processes and identify appropriate solution options.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, requirements documentation, and other project artifacts.




- Support stakeholder discussions throughout discovery and solution definition.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and customer experience requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar functional consulting role.
- Strong experience working within B2C environments.
- Experience with one or more of the following Salesforce platforms:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Order Management (SOM)
- Solid experience leading discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Ability to evaluate and communicate different solution options.
- Strong functional documentation and requirements-management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
